The initial article is a source-based editorial draft, not independently reviewed medical advice. No medical credentials or reviewer endorsements are claimed. Named authorship and qualified clinical review must be added only after identity, qualifications and actual review are verified.

Evidence and corrections

We link to source guidance and date substantive updates. Traditional explanations are distinguished from established clinical mechanisms. We do not publish individual diagnoses, prescriptions, or herbal dosing instructions.

Privacy

This version has no accounts, analytics scripts, contact forms or advertising trackers. The diary is a printable blank sheet and does not collect health information. Your hosting provider may process connection information in operational logs; its policies apply. Do not submit identifiable child health information through public channels.
